(How to make Rose Tea) : Rose tea is an herbal tea made from the petals of the rose plant. It has been used for centuries for its perceived health benefits. Here are some of the potential health benefits of rose tea:

Making of Rose tea

Rose tea can be made by steeping fresh or dried rose petals in hot water. Here’s a simple recipe for making rose tea:

Ingredients:

1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of dried rose petals or rose petals of of 1 Fresh Rose (organic and pesticide-free)
1 teaspoon of Honey

Instructions:

1st step – Pluck out petals from the rose and wash them well if you are using Fresh Rose.

2nd step – Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot or kettle.

3rd step – Add the dried or fresh rose petals to the water. Bring it to boil and simmer it until the roses color completely runs off into the water.

4th step – Strain the tea and discard the rose petals. Add 1 teaspoon Honey to it.

Now  Enjoy the rose tea hot or chilled.

Note : If you prefer a stronger tea, you can increase the amount of rose petals used, or let the tea steep for a longer period of time. Rose tea can also be combined with other herbs or spices, such as mint or ginger, for added flavor and health benefits.
