Making of Turmeric Tea

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric root
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
½ Grated Ginger
1 teaspoon Honey (Optional)
1 and ½ cups water
Instructions:
1st step – Take 1 and ½ cups of water in a small saucepan.
2nd step – Add Grated Ginger to the water and let it to boil.
