Making of lavender tea

Here’s a simple recipe for making of lavender tea:

Ingredients:

1-2 tablespoons dried lavender buds or 1-2 lavender tea bags
2 cups water
1 tbsp. Honey 
1 tbsp. lemon (optional)

Instructions:

1st step – Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.

2nd step – Remove the saucepan from heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of dried lavender buds or 1-2 lavender tea bags to the water.

3rd step – Cover the saucepan and let the lavender steep for 5 minutes.

4th step – After that Remove the tea bags or strain the lavender buds through a fine mesh strainer.

5th step – Then Add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp lemon to the tea

Now lavender tea  is ready, serve it hot or cold and enjoy!

Note: You can adjust the amount of lavender, honey and Lemon to your personal taste preferences. You can also add other herbs like chamomile or lemon balm to enhance the flavor and health benefits of the tea. For a stronger lavender flavor, you can also let the lavender steep in the water for a longer period of time.
