Coriander leaves are a common herb used in every Indian kitchen. This is the favorite ingredient of every mother to make the food more tasty and aromatic. Coriander leaves are used in food because of their many health benefits, aroma and taste. But many times it happens that even after using coriander leaves, its aroma does not come in the food or sometimes it also happens that its bitterness does not go away after cooking. This happens because we do not know the right time to use it. On this, a mom has shared one of her tips when we have to use coriander leaves while cooking.

When the food is well cooked, add coriander leaves to the curry 2-3 minutes before removing it from the Gas, and cover it well and leave it on low heat. In the meantime, the coriander leaves start to cook and start releasing all its aroma and its bitterness also goes away and the food becomes tastier.
